Josh has built strategy, services, and growth initiatives across the AV and technology ecosystem. His work has focused on helping organizations evolve toward integrated hardware, software, and recurring service models that support long-term customer relationships.
Most recently, Josh led strategy and business operations for Acuity Intelligent Spaces, shaping connected infrastructure initiatives across QSC, Distech Controls, and Atrius.
Earlier at QSC, he led corporate strategy, data and AI initiatives, and the expansion of professional services and SaaS programs.
He began his career as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer before earning his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and moving into strategy consulting with McKinsey & Co.

David brings more than two decades of experience spanning AV integration, operations, and cloud platform strategy. His career spans field engineering, technical leadership, and platform development, giving him a practical view of how connected systems and services operate at scale.
As part of Acuity Intelligent Spaces, David led cloud strategy across QSC, Distech Controls, and Atrius, focused on connected infrastructure, remote operations, and scalable system design.
At QSC, he led cloud product strategy for Q-SYS Reflect, defining remote monitoring, lifecycle management, and automation across distributed AV environments.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Diversified, reporting to the CEO and guiding technical operations and strategic programs inside a large-scale integration business.
